ChatGenie continues to support micro, small, and medium enterprises in their bid to transform into digital businesses.
The eCommerce solution provider joined six other tech-based startups, including NextPay, Paynamics, and Peddlr, during the first run of Project Match’s Certified Digital Negosyo program. Project Match is an initiative launched by StartUp Village, a Makati City-based incubator, to link MSMEs with startups specializing in digital solutions and technology.
The event was held from March 30 to 31 and saw over 100 business owners participate in a series of online lectures and workshops focused on the adoption of the most recent and innovative startup solutions.
Participants ranged from seasoned business owners to up-and-coming entrepreneurs from industries such as food and beverage, personal care, clothing, and fintech.
ChatGenie was represented by Business Development Manager, David Valbuena, who highlighted shoppers' increasing affinity to make purchases on social media and how businesses should take advantage of this trend.
According to David, digitization spurs business accessibility, closing the gap between businesses and customers.
“Successful businesses build their brand and interact with their valued customers, fostering a community for that industry or niche,” said David.
The event also served as a stage for ChatGenie to show how it can equip businesses to accept online orders inside the world’s biggest apps in a frictionless manner.
“We create affordable and flexible online stores, automating customer inquiries, payment, and shipping while staying where the MSMEs are,” touted David.
Shortly after the event, ChatGenie received demo bookings from participating business owners. If you’re interested as well in using our solution, sign up here. For any inquiries, send us an email via sales@chatgenie.ph.
