Sales Partner Terms & Conditions

• Sales Partner: Anyone can refer a Friend, Family, Business Contact, or Colleague, regardless of if you’re a current Merchant. You cannot refer yourself.
• Referrals (person being referred): Referrals should use the referral code provided by their Sales Partner to be tagged accordingly.
• Referral Codes:
• The Sales Partner should log in to their ChatGenie Mini App and use the specific referral code provided to the Sales Partner on their Mini App Account.
• The unique referral codes for each Sales Partner have unlimited redemptions, so you can refer all you want and stack up your commissions!
• Referrals registering with the unique code will grant a Free 3-month Pro Starter Subscription to the referee.
• Sales Partners will get a 10% commission from the convenience fee and subscription fees.
• Sales Partners will only get the 10% subscription fees when the Referral starts their paid subscription.
• Commission Disbursements:
• Commissions earned shall be disbursed to the Bank Account provided on your application to Sales Partnership.
• Commissions earned shall be deposited into the account every 15th of the month.
• Must have a minimum of PHP 500 commissions earned to be disbursed. Commissions that don’t make the minimum will be disbursed in the next cycle once the minimum is reached.
• Additional Bonuses:
• You may get an additional PHP 1,000.00 commission for every 10 successful referrals that start their paid subscription.
• Only one referral code can be used per Mini App account.
• Valid for Philippine Merchants Only.
• ChatGenie reserves the right to cancel, change, or modify this Sales Partner agreement at any time.
