Once a customer is ready to pay, they will be redirected to the BillEase checkout page where they can view their order details, then they will log in to their account, verify their transaction with an OTP back in the In-App store, and finalize their purchase.
Customers can select up to 3 Months of Installment terms and can choose the amount of their down payment. The monthly installment will be adjusted based on their chosen terms and the amount of the downpayment.
Regardless of the payment terms and downpayment, merchants will receive 100% of the payment upfront. No risk, no fuss.
Just toggle on the BillEase Payment Option switchon your ChatGenie Dashboard.
Once activated, simply fill out the Merchant Registration Form we’ll be sending you via email. You can also fill out the Merchant Registration Form right in your ChatGenie Dashboard. Simply go to Payment Manager > Online Payment Options > fill up Registration Form. Verify your information and submit it to the ChatGenie team to receive your BillEase payment disbursement.
